I went to Simon's at Foster and Clark in Chicago last night and saw The Western Elstons for the first time. I'd heard good things for the last couple months and finally bothered to get down the street to hear them. Turns out there a great little Country/Rockabilly band, complete with pedal steel, playing with no cover in one of my favorite bars. I highly recommend listening to them on MySpace
